• Follow the PERFECT LOAN PROCESS
• Utilize the Predictive dialer to generate new clients
• Work a 42hr week
• Maintain a professional relationship with colleagues and clients
• Produce a minimum of 15 complete applications per week
• Must learn the ins and outs of the mortgage industry with in your first month
• Learn the ins and outs of Charter Funding, Great South West Mortgage and Fist Magnus
• Obeyed our Sexual Harassment policies
